Do You Agree with Mitch?

Partial Transcript:

David Bozell: Do you agree with Mitch McConnell? I mean, because when I want to find out the pulse of the country, the priorities of normal people, of normal everyday American people, I always turn to Mitch McConnell. Because I always think that he's got his finger on the pulse. Right? Don't you? Don't you think that Mitch has just got this innate quality to just have a... He's got the best messaging. He's got the priorities properly aligned. The things that concern you also concern Mitch McConnell. That's the way I always feel, right?

No, wrong. I mean, because here's Mitch yesterday. We all agree... This is a quote here.

We all agree, the most important thing going on in the world right now is the war in Ukraine.

Okay. I mean, yeah, if you're one of his Senate minions, just nodding like sheep behind him in a press conference, I guess you're the we he's talking about. Do you agree? Do you agree with Mitch that the war in Ukraine is the most important thing going on in the world right now?

I think Justice Alito might want to have a word with Mitch McConnell about that one, and his family, and just about every other justice on the Supreme court who has been displaced in the past week.

Or how about babies who can't get formula? They might like to have a word, or their parents might like to have a word with Mitch McConnell about what they think is the most important thing going on in the world right now.

Or maybe how about that girl being trafficked for sex in the Southern border? Or how about that border patrol agent who's diving into the Rio Grande to save border crossers, particularly the one who passed away doing so. He might like to have a word. Oh, he can't. Or maybe his family would like to have a word with Mitch McConnell as to what they think is the most important thing going on in the world right now.

I mean, it feels like we're fighting a war with Russia by proxy. $40 billion these guys passed last night. $40 billion. That's on top of what, like the $13, $14, $15 we've already passed? Because where there's a Mitch, there's a Lindsay Graham.

Lindsey Graham in Politico, quote:

Defeating Putin is priceless. Do I think this will be the last round? No, I think we'll be doing this again.

That's Lindsey Graham in Politico today. We'll be doing this again. I mean, it just feels like we're fighting a war with Russia by proxy, which I guess doesn't bother them since most of these members of Congress vote by proxy. That was a rule that was installed for COVID.

So, what's in this $40 billion bill? What are you paying for? Well, that's almost impossible to decipher. Try to get your hands around it. I mean here's Chip Roy. This was dumped on their laps at three o'clock yesterday afternoon. Here's Chip, I mean, once again, Chip Roy. Hello operator, I would like more Chip Roy, please. Here's Chip on the floor of the House. Congressman from Texas:

Amen, Chip. Amen, Chip. Chip Roy for Speaker. Once again, I mean, more of that please.
