"Rich Men North of Richmond"

Writer's picture: ForAmericaForAmerica

If you haven't heard of him yet, Oliver Anthony went viral this week after a video of him singing his new song, "Rich Men North of Richmond," made its rounds on social media. The song struck a chord with many Americans with its lyrics that mull how difficult life has become for "people like me, and people like you." Take a listen and watch the reactions:

Anthony's song quickly jumped to the top of the charts on iTunes and has become a viral sensation. His first show since the video's popularity was a small group at a farmer's market in North Carolina. Unlike woke singers worshipping the devil on stage, Oliver opened up by reading Psalms 37: 12-20.
