ForAmerica congratulates Congressman Jim Banks on his win in Indiana for the U.S. Senate seat that was left vacant after Senator Mike Braun decided to run for governor of Indiana.

ForAmerica previously endorsed Banks.

From the time Banks set foot in Congress in 2017, he has been a reliable Republican leader who has fought for conservatives at every turn.

ForAmerica President David Bozell said:

Jim has long been a champion for life, secure borders, the Second Amendment, religious liberty, traditional marriage… whatever the issue, you can always expect to see Jim on the conservative side and fighting hard for those causes.

Banks has served as an example in his party, which is probably a big reason he received the endorsement of President Trump both in this election and in the past.

Bozell added:

Jim understands the dangers that the Democrats pose, now more than ever. And he doesn't back down. He faces these people and takes them to task, head on. Indiana needs that. America does too.
