Look Who Trump Just Appointed to a Homeland Security Post

On Thursday, President Donald Trump announced that he was forming an upgraded Homeland Security Advisory Council (HSAC).

And included "The Great One" Mark Levin on that list.

Trump shared on Truth Social, “I am proud to announce the formation of my revamped Homeland Security Advisory Council (HSAC), which is comprised of Top Experts in their field, who are highly respected by their peers.”

Three other notable figures join Levin on the council.

Trump continued, "It is a big honor to serve on HSAC, and I know the new Members, South Carolina Governor Henry McMaster, Mark Levin, Bo Dietl, and Joseph Gruters, will do an incredible job. Under Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem’s leadership, HSAC will work hard on developing new Policies and Strategies that will help us secure our Border, deport Illegal Criminal Thugs, stop the flow of Fentanyl and other illegal drugs that are killing our Citizens, and MAKE AMERICA SAFE AGAIN. Congratulations to all!"

Of course, Levin was gracious and thankful for the opportunity.

Of course, Levin has his popular syndicated radio show that conservatives have enjoyed for decades, and is also the host of Fox News’ "Life, Liberty & Levin."

Bo Dietl is a former Fox News host and has acted in a number of Martin Scorcese's greatest films, Joseph Gruters is a Republican state senator in Florida, and Henry McMaster is the governor of South Carolina.

This isn't the first time Trump has honored a conservative radio legend.

In 2020, Trump awarded Rush Limbaugh the Presidential Medal of Freedom during his State of the Union address.

Ravaged with cancer, Limbaugh would not live for much longer after the touching moment.

It was a memorable night, to see one of the most popular modern Republican presidents pay tribute to the Babe Ruth of talk radio, and one of the most important conservative voices of the last 30 years.

Mark Levin deserves to be in that category too. So congratulations to him, a friend of the president's and to conservatives everywhere.
