Joy Behar Says Trump Doesn’t Like ’Strong Women’ - And She Immediately Gets Checked

'The View's' Joy Behar has made a career on saying outlandish things. Whether they are true or not, or have any foundation in reality, has never seemed to be a concern for her.

Her latest? Behar says President Trump doesn't like "strong women."

Based on... what exactly?

Behar and the other 'The View' co-hosts were discussing Trump's recent back and forth on X with Democratic Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. AOC has threatened to impeach Trump over ordering the U.S. airstrikes on Iran on Saturday. Trump has told AOC to pound sand.

To Behar, this is somehow proof of the president's sexism.

Behar said, “My experience with him and my observation with him is that he really doesn’t like strong women. He likes dutiful, obedient women who compliment him.”

Behar claims that this supposed aversion to "strong women" goes back to her own stand up comedy days.

“Even back in the day when I used to do jokes about his hair — but every male comedian did jokes about his hair — he went after me, in particular,” she said. “And Rosie (O’Donnell). He went bananas on Rosie.”

“So, he’s not gonna like AOC,” Behar added. “Somehow, this type of woman really gets in his kishka.”

Um... what about all the women Trump has hired? They seem pretty strong.

New Fox News contributor Brett Cooper called out Behar on Thursday, "The accusation is completely ridiculous."

"Trump's entire administration is filled with strong, intelligent women," Cooper said.

Cooper also noted, "Maybe it's not the fact that you're a woman, Joy, but it's just that you are Joy, and he doesn't want to deal with you."

"It's less about you being a woman and just about who you are," she added.

Bingo.

There is zero evidence that Trump has any problem with women, strong or otherwise.

There are many people who have a problem with Behar, with this absurd claim being just the latest example of why.

The next time Joy Behar thinks about criticizing Donald Trump, she should probably, first, have a look in the mirror.
