New Poll: Democrats Hit RECORD Low

A new poll reveals that the Democratic Party has hit a new low.

The latest Gallup poll also shows Democrats are not impressed with what their party has been doing since losing in 2024.

According to the survey, Americans’ favorable view of the Democratic Party has dropped to 34 percent.

This is the the lowest rating on this question in the poll’s history, since Gallup began asking it in 1992.

Democrats give their party a 73 percent positive review.

For Republicans, that approval rating is 91 percent.

For Democrats, this number is “the lowest on record for that party and a 14-percentage-point drop from November 2024,” when there was 87 approval.

Ouch.

Among Independents, Democrats received a 27 percent approval rating, and Republicans, not much better with only a 28 percent.

Democrats have struggled since Donald Trump returned to the White House and Republicans took control of Congress.

Dems are in a slump. Nevada News and Views observes, "A July Associated Press–NORC poll found more than one in three Democrats called their own party 'weak and ineffective' in standing up to President Donald Trump’s administration."

You don't say.

"Then there’s a survey from the pro-Biden super PAC 'Unite the Country,' reported by The Hill, that found support among Hispanic men and working-class voters in battleground states had fallen below 35 percent," the report noted.

"Those are voters Democrats have long counted on — and they’re walking away," it read.

CNN's conservative commentator Scott Jennings said Democrats are in such bad shape they aren't even really a party anymore.

They're a chat group. Barely.

Democrats have become a party that stands for nothing other than loathing Donald Trump.

Who beat them handily in November.

Where does this leave the Democratic Party going forward? Who knows and who cares. Hopefully, nowhere near power.

Let's hope this positive trend continues.
