The Left has tried to paint Donald Trump as a racist and even a "white supremacist" ever since he began campaigning for president in 2015.
Democrats worked overtime to make sure their mythologized, villain version is the one Americans bought into, particularly Americans of color.
It doesn't look like their propaganda worked well.
A new Rasmussen poll taken from June 8 to the 12th showed some positive numbers for the president across the board.
Out of the 1,772 likely voters that Rasmussen surveyed, Trump received an overall 53 percent job approval rating.
Breaking that number down by race went as follows:
White voters: 53 percent
Hispanic voters: 53 percent
Black voters: 54 percent
What Republican president in modern history and in memory had majority numbers with each group and overall combined voters?
Some might call this a better unity for the country.
59 percent of men gave Trump good job approval and 49 percent of women did.
Remember, these numbers were collected while the Trump administration was arresting and deporting illegal aliens and the Left was having a fit about it, including creating violent riots on the streets of Los Angeles.
The Trump administration sent in 700 Marines and 2,000 National Guardsman to put down the violence. Democrats were mad about that too. Leftists also had their nationwide anti-Trump 'No Kings' rallies over the weekend.
And these are still the kinds of majority positive numbers President Trump is pulling.
Far-Left activists might loathe Trump. Regular Americans seem to think he's doing a pretty good job.
Donald Trump was elected by everyday Americans to look out for the interests of everyday Americans.
According to those Americans, so far, so good.
And that's the only approval that should really matter.
