Texas Democrat Says She's Going to Slash Republicans' Necks

Democratic Texas State Representative Jolanda Jones says that she and her party should "wipe out" Republicans.

She also thinks Democrats should slash Republicans' necks.

Jones made her remarks during an interview with CNN's Erin Burnett.

Jones told Burnett that Democrats are losing with black voters because the party isn't fighting hard enough.

She told CNN, “I’m from the hood, okay? So when a bully comes, like, if there are no rules, you literally have to figure it out. So, Donald Trump has changed things, and people trying to do what’s always been done is not going to work."

"And I think that’s why Democrats are losing black people, that’s why they’re losing poor people, because poor people, all they want is for us to fight," she added.

Jones continued, “So if you hit me in my face, I’m not going to punch you back in your face, I’m going to go across your neck, because we can go back and forth fighting each other’s faces. You’ve got to hit hard enough where they won’t come back."

The Texas Dem made these remarks in the wake of an assassination attempt on President Donald Trump and the public murder of conservative pundit Charlie Kirk.

Jones continued. “And so, yeah, for the same way I went to New York and spoke with Governor Kathy Hochul and said if they’re going to try to wipe us out in Texas, we need to wipe out every Republican in New York, in California, in Illinois, so no one can make me feel bad about fighting for the people that I represent.”

This is not new rhetoric for Jones.

Jones told Axios on Wednesday, “If you grew up in the hood like me, that’s the fastest way, literally, to be killed..."

She then revealed a dark family history.

"My brother was murdered, my aunt was murdered, my cousin was murdered," Jones said.

“My dad blew his brains out," she continued.

"So, I come from a different world where everything isn’t so pretty like the Democrats want," Jones finished. "Sometimes sh** is ugly. And you’ve got to be able to fight ugly."

"Fight ugly" is one way to put it.

Can you imagine what Democrats would say if a Republican representative talked about them in these kinds of violent ways?

Republicans would never hear the end of it.

Democrats who worry about Republicans' rhetoric need to take a look at their own party, starting with this apparently unhinged Dem in Texas.
