Trump and Others Mourn Loss of Hulk Hogan: He Was 'MAGA All the Way!'

The cardiac arrest death of Hulk Hogan at 71-years-old on Thursday brought with it lots of reactions and commentary.

Including from President Donald Trump. Hogan supported Trump in the 2024 presidential election, giving an entertaining speech that most won't soon forget.

Trump said Hogan was "MAGA all the way!"

“We lost a great friend today, the ‘Hulkster.'" Trump wrote on Truth Social. "Hulk Hogan was MAGA all the way — Strong, tough, smart, but with the biggest heart."

“He gave an absolutely electric speech at the Republican National Convention, that was one of the highlights of the entire week," Trump added. "He entertained fans from all over the World, and the cultural impact he had was massive. To his wife, Sky, and family, we give our warmest best wishes and love. Hulk Hogan will be greatly missed!”

The president wasn't the only one paying tribute to The Hulkster.

Vice President JD Vance wrote, "Hulk Hogan was a great American icon. One of the first people I ever truly admired as a kid."

Trump and Hogan went way back. The President was instrumental in helping shape the earlier WrestleMania events for WWE.

Hogan said a year ago during his RNC speech endorsing Trump, “But what happened last week when they took a shot at my hero and they tried to kill the next president of the United States, enough was enough."

Hogan then tore off his shirt to reveal a“Trump, Vance – Make American Great Again! 2024” shirt.

"A Real American" indeed.
