From 24/7 Wall Street, "The controversial film 'Snow White' only brought in $45 million for its first weekend. “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs,” released in 1937, was among the greatest animated films ever. Based on inflation-adjusted ticket sales, the 1937 movie ranks 10th of all time."

$58 million is the lowest in the modern era any of Disney's live-action remake films have debuted.

'Snow White' just set a new low record. The movie cost $240 million to make.

Rachel Zegler, the Latina actress who plays Snow White had called the 1937 original problematic.

Comedian Rob Schneider shared an X post showing a nearly empty theater on Friday night and hoped this meant Disney had finally dealt wokeness a final death knell.
