The Left will Stop at Nothing. We Can’t Either.
The Supreme Court struck down President Trump’s tariffs yesterday, in a 6-3 ruling the court held that tariffs under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act are unconstitutional, but that only covers a portion of the tariffs used by the administration.

President Trump still maintains authority to use other statutes to enact tariffs, despite what Justices Gorsuch, Barrett, Roberts, and the Democrats believe.

The lawfare, obstructionist Democrats in Congress, squishy Republicans, and radical Leftists of every stroke will stop at nothing to hamstring this administration and to halt the agenda that President Trump received a mandate to enact. We can’t let that happen.

We must pass the SAVE America Act, continue to use every economic tool at our disposal, continue mass deportations, and keep fixing the economy that President Biden destroyed. Secure elections, law and order, balanced trade, and an affordable economy are all crucial elements from the GOP platform in 2024, and remain at the top of the list for the 2026 midterms.
