HAPPY BIRTHDAY, ARMY!

Today, marks the 250th birthday of the United States Army. And in Washington, DC, it's being commemorated with a huge military parade. President Trump is rolling out the red carpet for the troops and celebrating our rich military history.

There's nothing controversial about that, but you guessed it, the Left has found a way to play the victim. Today is not only the Army's birthday, it is also Flag Day and... President Trump's birthday. And for months the Left has been bemoaning Trump's 'dictator chic' birthday party. Let's be clear, there are no plans to honor the President's birthday, instead Trump will be presiding over the reenlistment ceremony of a number of troops and honoring their commitment, service, and patriotism.

If anyone tries spinning this as a "Trump birthday parade," they’re ignoring history and disrespecting our armed forces. Today is about honoring those who defend America every single day — not about petty partisan games.

NO KINGS, NO COMMON SENSE

Radical protesters from the "No Kings" movement plan to disrupt today's Army birthday parade, pushing their anti-American agenda. These protests come just days after violent riots erupted in Los Angeles, causing destruction, injuries, and chaos.

Let’s call it what it is: this isn't about fighting authoritarianism, it's an attack on law and order. Trump is not a king, he doesn't have a king’s power, nor does it seem he wants it. What we do know for certain is that riots are not the answer to a made-up problem, and it isn't about Trump's supposed kingdom, it's a fight against America's sovereignty. It's foreign nationals burning our country's second-largest city to the ground because we have a leader that is finally enforcing our laws. The riots in L.A. and these "No Kings" protests aren't separate issues, they're symptoms of a dangerous, growing anti-America unrest across America.

THE SWAMP WON’T DRAIN ITSELF

The House of Representatives delivered a big win this week by pulling taxpayer funding from PBS and NPR as part of a $9.4 billion rescissions package to cut back a small amount of Washington's bloat. These DOGE cuts are exactly what's needed to stop government-funded propaganda pretending to be neutral news, and claw back nonsense foreign aid.

It's a solid first step, but there's plenty more wasteful spending to cut. This isn't just about saving money, it's about ending the forced taxpayer support of left-wing media. Officials have vowed that this is just the first of many, and Congress needs to fulfill that if we have any hope to balance our budget.

The swamp won't drain itself. Let's keep these cuts coming.
