The Leftists That Protest Make-Believe Problems

ree

Leftist protestors took to Washington, DC to protest President Trump this week. They dressed themselves in red "Handmaid's" costumes to try and convince the nation that President Trump is somehow reforming the country to reflect a dystopian novel by simply enforcing the law and keeping DC streets safe and clean.

Of course it looks like a scene from The Handmaid's Tale, the protestors are dressed in literal costumes from the show. But the internet had fun with it, replacing the costumed Leftists with characters from other movies.

For the next three years, this is what you can expect - crazed Leftists protesting every little thing the White House does. Not because they particularly have an issue with safe streets, tariffs, deporting criminal illegal immigrants, you name it, but because President Trump did it. They're blinded by hatred, creating problems in their head that they need to protest. At the very least, we can enjoy the memes these fools are fueling.

The Public Service to Millionaire Pipeline

ree

Congress returned this week from their August recess. On Wednesday, bipartisan members of the House announced a bill, the Restore Trust in Congress Act, to stop congressional members and their immediate families from trading stocks as they have access to inside information. Republicans like Chip Roy and Democrats like AOC have come together to stop the rampant corruption, unusual bedfellows that demonstrate just how popular this bill is.

Politicians like Nancy Pelosi have made a fortune on the market, she clearly knows something that hedge fund managers don't. Making millions in office isn't unique to Pelosi, the Democrats, or stock trading. Many members of Congress enjoy a stock trading rabbit's foot. The average member of Congress in both parties outperformed the leading market experts.

Outside of the stock market, recent reporting shows that Rep. Ilhan Omar lied about her net worth. After getting called out, she went on defense, claiming she doesn't "have stock" and "barely has thousands." That wasn't true. We now know that despite her claims, her husband had a net worth of $51K in 2023 and now he's worth around $30 million.

Congress needs to pass this bill and reign in the public service to millionaire pipeline.

Google pays $300 on a regular basis. My latest salary check was $8600 for working 10 hours a week on the internet. My younger sibling has been averaging $19k for the last few months, and he constantly works approximately 24 hours. I’m not sure how simple it was once I checked it out.
