"Twitter Suspends Juanita Broaddrick for Defying 'Authoritative Sources'" Transcript:
David Bozell: Poor Juanita Broaddrick. Everyone remembers Juanita Broaddrick, raped by President Bill Clinton.
There's a great story about Tim Russert, old NBC anchor, Meet the Press, passed away a number of years ago. And I remember hearing a rumor that when it was explained to him in the NBC newsroom with receipts and with evidence that Clinton had in fact raped Juanita Broaddrick, that he just keeled over and threw up, upon basically coming to the realization that it was true. It's what, 20 years ago, 30 years ago, when that one happened. And then when Broaddrick and Clinton actually happened, what was that? 1980 something. So, much, much longer than that.
But she had about a 500,000-follower account, fun little account. Spoke for a lot of folks in terms of just the politics of the moment and people's frustrations with not just this current administration, but just news of the day. And she had a blast picking fights with the Clintons. And she had every reason, perhaps more than anybody, to pick a fight with the Clintons. But Twitter bounces her off, right after actually Elon Musk gets bounced off the board...or bounced himself off the board of Twitter. But I guess she said something about COVID. It's so stupid. She said when is the vaccine nonsense going to stop... and then she said it can alter DNA.
I mean, look, I'm not getting my COVID intelligence and information from Juanita Broaddrick, all due respect. I have other sources for that, and I'm sure she's just venting. Yeah.
"When will this vaccine crap be over? Big pharma has profited enough for the next 100 years. Stop pushing vaccines that don't work and alter the DNA."
That's what she said. That's what got her suspended. Yeah. I'm not coming to Twitter, or anywhere else for that matter, looking for my COVID information. But you just can't say anything with these guys.
But she's on Trump's thing, Truth Social, so that you can follow her there. If you can get on the Truth Social, I know there's still a waiting line for that.
But yeah, it stinks because I mean, she took everything that the Clintons threw at her. She was the quintessential. I mean, the Clinton-machine has gone after her, perhaps more than any other person in the United States. And in large part, she's been vindicated.
But it's so stupid. Twitter...I mean, they just sound like Cartman from South Park. This is what Twitter said, "We understand that during times of crisis and instability, it is difficult to know what to do to keep yourself and your loved ones safe. Under this policy, we require the removal of content that may pose a risk to people's health, including content that goes directly against guidance from authoritative sources." Authoritative sources.
I'll read that one again, "Under this policy, we require the removal of content that may pose a risk to people's health, including content that goes directly against guidance from authoritative sources of global and local public health information." I mean, it is just...I can just hear Cartman coming up. Just coming up to...
I mean, it's just so ridiculous. Authoritative global and local public health officials. I mean, come on. Come on. I mean, these guys have just...these are the same authoritative sources that said that lockdowns were necessary and won't hurt anyone.
And then they've seen what it's about to do to them with regards to the midterm and everything else. And even now Fauci is like, oh, wow. I mean, I guess we should have expected that young people would just be mentally damaged by this. I mean, and that's just the tip of the iceberg.
So, I don't want to hear Twitter's griping about adhering to global authoritative health policy sources. They just wanted to get rid of a woman who, with about a half million person account, was moving needles and inflicting political damage to a family that attempted to destroy her life. I'm sure she'll be better for it. She'll be on Truth Social, I know she's there already. But good luck to Broaddrick down the road.
