Iran Cannot Be Allowed to Have a Nuclear Weapon
President Trump has always drawn a clear red line: Iran must never possess a nuclear weapon. That has never changed. Iran has spent decades defying inspections, sidestepping agreements, and accelerating its nuclear ambitions. If the regime succeeds, it will not hesitate to act. Israel stands in immediate danger. The United States would follow once Iran has the reach.
Â
Trump’s position is not rhetorical. It is grounded in reality and backed by a long record of decisive foreign policy. Deterrence requires strength, and strength requires credibility. Tehran understands this. Confusion in its messaging and diplomatic posturing reveal a regime under pressure. Trump has acknowledged that negotiation remains possible but has made clear a decision on American involvement is coming soon. Any deal will carry consequences. It will not resemble the Iran deal of the Obama years. No symbolism. No blind trust. A Trump-led agreement would enforce outcomes, not headlines.
Â
Absent an agreement, American troops may soon be called to act. Their resolve speaks for itself. And the nation can take confidence in knowing that Trump, a man who took a bullet to return to the Oval Office, is the one making the call—not Kamala Harris.
Conflict Abroad Can Stall Progress at Home
War carries a price. Once troops are deployed, domestic priorities are at risk. Political capital vanishes, timelines slip, and long-term goals are forced aside.
Â
George W. Bush entered office pledging Social Security reform. The Iraq War erased that objective. Not because the issue lacked merit, but because foreign conflict took over.
Â
Trump faces a packed agenda. Securing the border, reining in spending, ending radical ideology in public institutions, restoring constitutional boundaries, achieving energy independence, and winning the global race in artificial intelligence all demand focus and follow-through. Delaying his domestic agenda is not an option.
