"No Kings" - Except the Ones the Left Makes Up

Today, “No Kings” protests are planned across the country — the sequel no one asked for. If it feels familiar, that’s because we saw the same thing last June during the U.S. Army’s 250th Anniversary Parade: bricks, bottles, fireworks, and chaos in L.A. until riot police finally moved in.

The Left billed it as a spontaneous uprising. It wasn’t. Those “organic” protests were bankrolled by George Soros’ dark money network and more than 200 Leftist organizations — from the Communist Party of America to the ACLU to the teachers unions. Their rallying cry? “Stop authoritarianism.” Their definition of “authoritarian?" Enforcing immigration law, cracking down on gang violence, and reducing government spending. In their world, fiscal responsibility is tyranny.

But let’s think about it: what “monarch” allows nationwide protests against himself? What “king” peacefully leaves office for four years? What “dictator” fights off endless lawsuits instead of jailing opponents? None. The premise collapses under its own weight.

The truth is, these protests aren’t about freedom. They’re about power. The power of a radical movement that can’t win on merit — only through noise, mobs, and media amplification.

According to them, Trump is a tyrant because he won’t give illegal immigrants federal benefits, and because he used the Insurrection Act — the same law invoked 30 times since 1807 — to restore order in Democrat-run cities overrun by violence.

There’s nothing “anti-authoritarian” about burning down cities or silencing dissent. This isn’t rebellion. It’s performance art for people who mistake chaos for courage.

The real question isn’t whether America has a king.

It’s whether we still have the courage to defend our republic.
